ministries

Goal -- Overseeing the preaching and teaching of the Word is our first priority. The Session seeks to "shepherd the flock" as well as carry out administration, visiting, and planning for the future.

Diaconal Ministry

Goal -- The Deacons lead in meeting the physical needs of members through deeds of mercy and the physical care of the church property.

Worship Ministry

Goal -- To worship the triune God as He has prescribed, from our hearts, with singleness of mind, joy and truth, done with our best efforts, both individually and as a body.

Christian Education Ministry

Goal -- To plan out the doctrinal teaching of our children and adults to help them grow in Christ -- utilizing Sunday School classes, nurseries, our library, special speakers, and Bible memorization.

Outreach and Faith-sharing Ministry

Goal -- To be faithful in reaching the lost with the Gospel of Jesus Christ expressed through flyers, advertisements, a web-site, outreach events, and direct evangelism.

Missions Ministry

Goal -- To further the Great Commission through reaching people abroad and locally with the Gospel of Jesus Christ through financial support of missionaries.

Discipleship Ministry

Goal -- To encourage growth in grace and spiritual enrichment through Bible Studies with prayer and fellowship. We hope to utilize the gifts of the whole body of Christ by encouraging greater involvement in the life of the church.

Youth Ministry

Goal -- To minister to the youth and young adults of Cornerstone Church and their friends with fun events and Christ-centered discussions that nurture their faith.

Statement of Direction

In everything we do, Cornerstone Presbyterian Church seeks to be
